i did it. 5 weeks to KONA and i did a real hard 4 days training block this weekend. on top of that, 4 birthday dinners to end each day... :X

3km swim
sun - 3hrs run
2x1.5km swim
mon - 1.30hr run
3km swim
tue - 5hrs ride
5x500m swim
easy day for me today... big weekend coming up again. can't wait!!! :)
