i'm not talented, i just got to be hardworking.
i struggled starting out swimming, biking and running. took a few years and with lots of patients and positive attitute i got where i am now.
i train long and easy most of the time. its so much easy to maintain correct form while going at a comfortable pace and after that i go long to get my body use to the form. speaking about form, my running form sucks. after that accident, i limp alot while walking or running. there's alot of difference between the strength of both legs. there's no way i can use a normal person running form on myself. so i came out with my own running form through trial and errors. now, i can easier limp running at a good pace without injuring myself. its just a matter of getting use to it. :)
there's no boundaries in swim bike run.
sometimes we just got to be creative.
its no wrong to come up with my limp running form right? :)
